2025 Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey

WE WANT OUR PARENTS / CAREGIVERS / GUARDIANS TO TELL US WHAT THEY THINK.

Our school is conducting the annual Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey offered by the Department of Education and is seeking your feedback. The survey is designed to assist schools in gaining an understanding of families’ perceptions of school climate, student behavior, and student engagement. The survey is optional and offered in a number of languages, we encourage and appreciate your participation.

Our school will use the survey results to assist in identifying areas for improvement and professional development needs in the school, to target school planning and improvement strategies.

The survey will be conducted online from Monday August 18th, only takes 20 minutes to complete, and can be accessed at any convenient time on desktop computers, laptops, tablets or smartphones.

To access the survey from your own device please follow the link and use the PIN provided in the SENTRAL announcement.

We are also offering families the opportunity to come in and use our staff room and iPads to complete the survey.

Where: Staff Room

When: Thursday 21^st August from 3.00-4.00pm.

Information:

• iPads will be available.
• Interpreters available (Khmer and Vietnamese).
• If you require a different interpreter, please email briony.mcdonald@education.vic.gov.au and make a request.
• An activity table will be set up to entertain your child/ren while you complete the survey.
• The survey takes 20 minutes to complete.
• Responses are anonymous.

All families are invited to participate in the survey.
